Maker Fair is an all ages gathering of curious, creative people involved with science, engineering, art, performance and craft. The event has provided a spotlight for the projects and ideas of makers in the local Denver community every year since 2013, with as many as 4,000 attendees and 148 makers. Their mission is to celebrate the DIY community and make the projects and ideas that we don’t normally encounter every day more visible.
As the Maker community has grown, their branding has become very disorganized. The current system is overdue for an update. The Maker Faire logo lacks any conceptual element. This is huge missed opportunity to strengthen their brand identity. In order to build a comprehensive branding solution, new branding for all existing components will be created and applied.
